Dimitar Madjarov’s first export was cheese for Australia, New Zealand and Lebanon. Today the company is present almost all over Europe and in countries such as Lebanon, Israel, etc.

The most wanted products outside Bulgaria are the cow and sheep cheese, cow yoghurt, yellow cheese, sausage, semi-finished meat products. The export quantity has been growing every year, mainly in the dairy products, which are popular for their excellent taste.

“Over the last 3 years we have seen an increase in demand for brine cheese, not only from cow’s milk but also from sheep and goat’s milk“,

Says Stanislava Madjarova who is responsible for the export in the family company.

“The dairy products are daily, widely consumed and are presented in every Bulgarian’s refrigerator.”

The company will continue to promote the Bulgarian products on many new markets.
