To produce our meat products we buy fresh meat from the slaughterhouse daily. It is slightly more expensive than the frozen or the imported one, but we are sure in the quality of what we buy. The meat technologist takes and checks the beef and pork meat directly on the ramp at the factory entrance and measures its quality – if he does not like it, he returns it. This is how we ensure the quality and freshness of our meat.
 
The strict technology discipline and high hygiene control of production are the key characteristics of both our enterprises. We use a system of quality control НАССР (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points), system for quality management ISO- 9001.2008, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), as well as standards IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC, and we are in the process of receiving Halal Certification.
